Answer:     Our company will determine the fair market rent rate by evaluating your home s age, condition, decorating style and location.  If we see where you can make small improvements to increase your return on your investment, we will let you know immediately.

Answer:     We understand the importance of utilizing all media formats available to us in this technology driven society.  That means potential renters will be able to learn about us on the web with full color virtual tours and pictures of our properties available.  We advertise not only locally, but in papers downstate.  We take advantage of magazine, radio and television spots for advertising.  Basically, all bases are covered to get you the maximum exposure to rent your vacation home!

What kind of insurance do I have to have to rent my home on short term basis?

Answer:     We highly suggest that you contact you own insurance provider to see if you need to change the status of your current policy.  Some companies may want you to differentiate if you are the only one using you home, or if you are renting in out, even though it is for such short time periods. 

Are there different levels of service you provide, being a professional Property Management Company?

Answer:      We have 3 basic levels of service we offer.  Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages.  These are guidelines, but we are always more than happy to customize a package specifically for you and your particular needs.

Do you offer any other services?

Answer:     We are licensed Realtors that operate under a licensed Real Estate Broker.  We can provide you with Real Estate investment knowledge and consulting, or be a buyer's agent representing you, or be an invaluable source for people who may be interested in buying your home if and when you are ready to sell.
